Q6600 overclock failed

When I was looking for a stable overclock on my q6600ddr2.

Overclock 2.4~3.1Ghz Asus P5K-SE 4GB RAM DDR2 800 Mhz Kingston.

RAM: 6GB VC: GTX 460 SE 2GB Processor: Q6600 2.4.

Overclock Intel Core 2 Quad q6600 (2.4ghz to 3ghz) Motherboard MSI.

The board im using is a Asus P5K Deluxe LGA 775!
